BOSS 2020 User Conference & Training Has Been Cancelled

After a great deal of thought and consideration we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 BOSS User Conference and Training which was scheduled for September 10-11, 2020 at the Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. This decision was based primarily due to the uncertainty and safety considerations arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.


We are making plans to hold our 2021 User Conference and Training in May 2021, again at the Marriott Atlanta Buckhead and will be sending out more information on that event after dates and details have been finalized.


For those of you that have already registered and paid for this year’s conference we have several options on how you would like us to handle your payment.

Option 1 – Apply the payment for the 2021 BOSS User Conference

We will apply your payment for this year’s conference for next year’s conference, even if the fees for next year’s event are increased.

Option 2 – Apply the payment toward your Company’s Annual Subscription/Maintenance Agreement

The payments for conference fees for any attendee’s from your company can be applied to Annual Subscription/Maintenance Agreement when your Company’s Annual Subscription/Maintenance Agreement is scheduled for renewal.

Option 3 – Request a Refund

You may request a full refund of the 2020 Conference fees which will be refunded within 30 days of the request being made.
