Join us at the Marriott Buckhead Atlanta on May 16 & 17 for the 2019 BOSS User Conference and Training.
We have been noticing an increased need from our customers for a service management solution that expands beyond IT and we have been working to make our solution more and more adaptable to those needs. We strongly feel when we work closely with our customers we bring more value and the possibilities are endless! So quite appropriately Expanding Possibilities will be the theme for the conference and our goal is to work closely with customers to make this happen. We would like more of our customers to participate and we have come up with an attractive agenda to help you gain more info and knowledge from us as well as from subject matter experts. With this in mind we have kept the conference fee at an affordable $850 for the first attendee and to make it possible for more people from your organization to participate we are discounting the price for additional attendees by 50% to $425.
This includes all meals, conference materials and our Thursday night event that we again promise will be memorable. Register for the conference by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
This year we are delighted to announce that we have engaged two industry experts to present at the conference. Miranda Reshaw, Process Improvement Manager with Coca-Cola will share her insights into Customer Journey Mapping - The measurable benefits you can achieve when you take a more customer-centric approach to IT support. Vicki Rogers, Senior Manager of Change with the Georgia Institute of Technology will talk about Expanding Your Leadership Potential - Examining IT Leaders and Developing Yourself.
