Del Champion is the Director of Engineering & Support for BOSS, an IT Infrastructure Asset Management and Service Desk products and solutions firm in Norcross.
He has over 20 years experience in Information Technology, Engineering & Support. Prior to joining BOSS he was with Panasonic for 11 years and spent over 8 years with Hayes Microcomputer. He has been involved in various aspects of Engineering and IT including: application development, budgeting, process improvement, operations/program management, security management and network systems to name a few. Now he has taken over the task of evolving the new .NET based BOSS Enterprise Asset Management and Service desk products to meet the growing needs of the enterprise market. Del is a CISSP and holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from GA Tech.
