Hooters of America, Inc is the Atlanta based operator and franchiser of over 450 Hooters restaurant locations in 43 states in the US and several countries across the Globe.


Hooters chose BOSS DiagWin to remotely manage these sites effectively and allow access to users who are primarily store managers, store technicians, corporate office administrators, help desk technicians and software / package deployment technicians. BOSS has provided the restaurant chain, an integrated system that can handle their asset management, software deployment and help desk from the same console.

Grady Memorial chooses BOSS DiagWin, Atlanta, May 18 2009

Grady Health System (Atlanta, GA), leading facility for trauma care and emergency services chose BOSS DiagWin for Enterprise Asset Management and Helpdesk.



The Grady Health System has more than 2000+ IT Assets and same number of IT users who are primarily doctors, nurses, health care technician, technician assistance and trainees. They needed a system to manage their IT assets, licenses management, software version controls, remote control and much more. Same way they were looking for a help desk to manage their day to day tickets / incidents related hardware, software and security for their IT users.

DiagWin Dashboard Training in Atlanta, March 25 2009

Look out for the DiagWin Dashboard / Reporting training

Several BOSS customers are expected to attend this unique one-day training event in Norcross at WINGATE (Wyndham) hotel on 25th March. The day long event would cover SQL 2005 basics, DiagWin Database, Custom Reporting, Extending DiagWin Dashboard to other applications, and many more. There is also a customer experience forum session in the afternoon.

BOSS acquires SAM competency, March 2 2009

In this economy, Licensing solutions is one area where customers can realize significant cost savings particularly on software assurance and true-ups. BOSS acquired Software Asset Management (SAM) competency to assist customers make informed decisions in their software licensing.

 

Having been in the infrastructure space powered by our DiagWin Inventory and Service Desk product suite, BOSS brings unique value to our customers and partners. This would enable our clients to not only comply with regulations but also save costs through maintenance agreements, software assurance true-ups, etc.

 

This service will be available to customer directly and through our partners and the main objective is to implement Best Practices in terms of managing software licenses in the Enterprise. SAM services will be available starting second quarter 2009

 

BOSS signs agreement to sell Microsoft products, September 8 2008

Business Oriented Software Solutions, Inc., (BOSS) signs agreement to sell Microsoft products.

BOSS, a developer of Enterprise systems management solutions, has signed the Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Royalty License and Distribution Agreement, allowing BOSS to integrate and offer Microsoft's licensed product to the market.
