BOSS is in a growth mode and has plans to expand significantly in this growing market space with its time-tested solutions and new innovative offerings. We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented Senior Technical Sales Executives to promote BOSS products and solutions and take part in the success.

Roles and Responsibilities of this position:

  • Develop a clear understanding of BOSS products and solutions
  • Respond to leads generated from our advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospects and drive home the value and benefits of BOSS products/solutions to the end-user
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to handle customer objections
  • Follow the sales process to negotiate and close prospects on investing in BOSS offerings
  • Consistently attain assigned sales quota through leads and personal marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years technical software sales experience, especially introducing new products or building new clients. Desired experience in selling enterprise solutions.
  • A solid understanding of IT network infrastructure, PCs, and servers, and system administration is desirable. Certification in one or more solutions sales training programs a big plus.
  • Strong ability in identifying business problems and solving business problems through application of products and services. The ability to calculate and explain ROI in customer terms.
  • Organized, detail oriented and flexible
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and the Web
  • Experience working in a small business Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to our business culture
  • Good Rolodex of prospects
