Our support desk
We use our own BOSS Assist to support our customers. All our customers will have
access to the support portal through a secure login.
Online Support – we list commonly encountered issues and resolutions online.
Customers can login to our self service support portal and browse the issues
find resolutions to many common issues.
Ticketing system – customers can open a ticket (incident) in the support portal.
Provide all the relevant information related to the issue. Please refer to the
ticket id when you contact BOSS for support. The ticket will be assigned to a
technician and he/she will contact you via phone or email at the earliest based
on the severity of the issue and will go through the resolution process.
Email Support - Email your issues to Support@boss-solutions.com and our support
team provide resolution to the issue via email.
Phone Support – Customers can call the support line 1-888-669-8946 or 1 678 684
1200 option 6. Please create a ticket and call with the ticket id. We have reps
answering the support line during business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US
Eastern time. In the event the reps on another call you will be given the option
to leave a message which will be answered in the order received by the support
reps.
Onsite support : We can also allocate one of our product specialists to come
onsite for providing support. This is on demand and may be billed as additional
service depending on the support agreement with the customer.
The BOSS product support team brings in-depth knowledge and real-world expertise
with network system environments in a variety of industries. Issue resolution
process: When an issue is reported by any of the above modes, the ticket gets
assigned to a support engineer. The support engineer might call you or email you
for further information to understand the issue better. If the issue is
determined to be a software bug, the issue will be turned over to the development
group for a resolution. Bug fixes are provided through periodic releases. These
