Want to get information on an asset (Computer or equipment)? Simply scan the barcode using your mobile phone or a hand held scanner, it will connect to the Support Central database and instantly get you information. You can also update the information on the mobile device which updates the server.
Any mobile device (loaded with Windows Mobile 6.5 and above) with a scanner is supported by this module.
BOSS Mobile extends this functionality to handling help desk tickets – raise new tickets, view your tickets, assign or simply close tickets.
