The technician web portal provides many capabilities whereby admins can search for tickets based on criteria and proceed to resolve the issue reported.
Strong integration to email facilitates email notification to users, technicians on any updates on the ticket or to managers in case of escalation. These options can be turned on or off as needed. Users can raise tickets by using the email to ticket option where users can email to a specific mail box and the ticket is generated from that.
